To the people of Sri Lanka from the people of St Anne's, Winlaton and St Joseph's, Blaydon, United Kingdom. May the people of this country who have suffered their own "Good Friday" find the hope and peace of the Resurrection.

To Catholics in Sri Lanka.

In thanksgiving for the lives of those martyrs who were taken to meet the Lord Jesus Christ on Easter Day; may their prayers bring healing, peace and forgiveness to our world.

Praying for the people of Sri Lanka to ease their suffering and end the conflict. May there be peace between all the people and God's Kingdom reign.

To the family of my newsagent who were caught up in the bombing of the church in Sri Lanka. I pray for them and wish them a speedy recovery

Remembering the people of Sri Lanka in their suffering and as they work towards reconciliation and peace. And for all the peoples of the world in our universal desire for peace and a greater demonstration of love and solidarity.

To those who have suffered as a result of the attack in Sri Lanka and for those who perpertated the attack. On this Mercy Sunday, may the unfathomable mercy of God bring peace and concord to all affected by this great tragedy.

For the Christians of Sri Lanka, Dear Lord Jesus please may they know your consolation, strength and comfort. Help us to keep them in our love and prayer as we are all part of the body of Christ and all are wounded by their suffering.
