ACN Pilgrimage: York and the North: Heartland of faith and hope
Your invitation to join us on the Aid to the Church in Need 2025 Pilgrimage
York and Yorkshire are at the heart of the English story of Christianity and Catholicism. In exploring York and its surroundings towns: Ripon and Beverley, and the site of the Cistercian Monastery at Fountains we will deepen our understanding of why our faith had such deep roots in this area.
We will reflect on why over 50 Yorkshire men and women such St Margaret Clitheroe and St John Fisher, were prepared to die for our faith, and how their great sacrifices paved the way for the survival of faith now.
The 2025 Aid to the Church in Need pilgrimage will be led by Fr Dominic Robinson SJ our Spiritual Director, the ACN Pilgrimage Team and with Suze Mathews our pilgrimage historian.
Please join us in celebrating our faith through personal devotions, the Rosary, Benediction and Daily Mass.
